We have a plot available that has proven to be challenging for previous tenants. It’s the closest plot to the river and the lowest on the site, making it the first to flood if the river breaks its banks. 

This is a large plot, approximately 310-330 square meters, with shared access. There is no parking directly outside the plot, but the car park is about 45 meters away.

The yearly rate for a large plot is £50, plus a £50 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned if and when the plot is handed back in the same or better condition than it was received

We don’t expect the entire plot to be cultivated—just the upper half—but the lower half will need to be kept tidy. This plot is in the far back corner of the site, offering plenty of seclusion. It also comes with an established pond, and there is a shed on the plot, though it requires some repair, as the roof has come in, but someone handy could restore it to working order.

We’re specifically looking for someone with previous gardening experience to help tame this plot and bring it back to its former glory. It will be hard work, but for the right person, it will also be extremely rewarding.
